The program is developed and delivered by Harvard Business Impact in collaboration with Harvard Business School Faculty and Senior Facilitators, rather than directly through Harvard University. Participants who complete the executive training are awarded a professional Certificate of Completion issued directly by Harvard Business Impact.

The program employs a dynamic, high-engagement learning methodology. Executive sessions integrate deep-dive case studies, interactive lectures, peer-driven group challenges, and reflective strategic exercises—facilitated live by HBI Senior Facilitators, HBS Faculty, and prominent industry leaders to ensure immediate, real-world application.

Schedule and Venue

The program consists of three modules delivered over a four-week cadence. Each module includes:
Two days of face-to-face learning
Individual learning via the Cascade Toolkit
A 90-minute virtual Integration Session
A 90-minute Quick Case Discussion or Simulation Debrief

In-Person: Held at a 5 stars hotel in Manama, Bahrain. Exact venue will be shared later on the program page.
Virtual: Online, interactive sessions.

For flexibility, certain sessions may offer evening schedules, however no weekend sessions will be scheduled.
Payments and Financials

Tamkeen will provide 50% cost support for large companies and 100% coverage for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
Places are limited, and a selection process is in place to select the best profiles for the program. Submitting your application is the first stage of the selection process.

While this is not encouraged, you can cancel your enrollment any time before the start date, however, rescheduling is not available as the program has a set start and finish date.
Eligibility and Admission

The program is for Bahraini citizens living and currently working in Bahrain’s private sector.
Employee must be employed in the private sector
Employee must have a minimum of 7 years of total professional experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a leadership capacity.
Employee must be employed in a senior leadership or executive level position.
Employee must be a Bahraini national aged 55 years or below.
Must be nominated by the enterprise and registered as a full-time employee with SIO.

Yes. Participants must be 55 years of age or younger at the time of the program. While there is no minimum age, the curriculum is tailored for senior-level professionals and experienced decision-makers, with most participants typically aged 30 and above.

No specific degree or academic discipline is required. Admission is evaluated holistically, with primary emphasis placed on substantial professional experience, executive leadership, and strategic capacity to ensure dynamic peer exchange.

After successfully submitting your application, EMIC Training will be reviewing all applications, scoring applicants, and sharing the results. The application will be the first part of the selection process. After which successful and non-successful applicants will be notified if they qualify for the next stage of the selection. Shortlisted applicants will then undergo an assessment for the final selection.

No formal prerequisites are required. However, the program is tailored for professionals with significant managerial or executive experience.
